      How much do you charge for shipping?

      We have 3 shipping zones and 3 types of boxes.
      Only one shipping costs on multiple items!
      Small Box, dimension 60cmX15cmX25cm (small carbon parts; engine covers, chain guards, exhaust holders, etc,…)
      Middle Box, dimension 60cmX60cmX60cm or (fenders, huggers, frame and swing arm covers, air intakes, seat units, etc,…)
      Large Box, dimension 90cmX55cmX55cm (complete bodyworks, front fairings, etc,…)
      Shipping Zones and Shipping prices:
      -          Zone 1 (all European Union - EU countries)
      Small box, shipping 16,oo EUR, Middle box 24,oo EUR, Large box 49,oo EUR

      When my order will be dispatch?

      We are dispatching parcels daily.
      Your order will be dispatched within 1-4 working days after payment clears.

      Do you provide tracking number for my parcel?

      In most cases we provide tracking numbers, but all parcels are dispatched priority and registered.
      We can not provide tracking:
      -          For all parcels outside EU
      -          For small parcels in EU and outside EU     



      If your goods have been damaged in transit, you should retain the packaging and inform us within 48 hours of receipt, giving as much information as possible. All damaged or faulty goods will be replaced with an equivalent product, or a full refund will be given. Replacement part(s) will be send back to you to addressee provided (stored) in our data base.

      If the goods were faulty in manufacture or incorrectly supplied we will give a replacement, after receiving parts back to our addressee.

      If within 30 days of receiving your parts you decide they are no longer required, email, telephone or to obtain a returns reference and return instructions. Parts must be returned unused, like received condition in their original undamaged packaging for a refund. ALL returned items are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. No returns can be processed after 30 days of purchase. Returns within 30 days of purchase require a return authorization number. ALL Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.

      Pro-Fiber Racing will not offer a refund or accept returns in the following situations:

      Items that have been broken due to incorrect fitment.

      Installation problems where fairings or part installations are not being carried out by a licensed motorcycle repair service.

      NO returns on special order items. What are special order items? Special order items are all items which are not on stock (out of stock) in our web shop and we produce them our your (customer) request. Here is no exceptions.

      Damages durring transport

      Inspect all parts carefully immediately upon receiving parcel. PRO-FIBER RACING Solution inspects all parts before they leave the warehouse to ensure that only quality parts are sent out. PRO-FIBER RACING Solution is not responsible for damages incurred through shipping, but all postal services provide insurance, so please report parts damages immediately to your shipping currier and please contact us by email and we will help you to resolve problem and arrange for replacement.


      Pro-Fiber Racing stores customer’s names and addresses in our secure database for the purpose of delivery and placement of orders. Your personal data will never be used for any other purpose other than this, without your written consent. We take your privacy very seriously and will never sell or trade your personal information to any third party organizations.


      PRO-FIBER RACING SOLUTION recommends that parts are installed by trained mechanic or bodywork specialist. Trust us, it's worth it...don't cheap out. Proper installation of parts is the responsibility of the customer, not PRO-FIBER RACING SOLUTION. PRO-FIBER RACING SOLUTION  does not recommend that customers install parts if they have no training or experience. If you require assistance with installing your parts, contact us and we will help you as best as we can.
